I am a multi-passionate professional focused on supporting founders, executives, and teams in showing up more powerfully and achieving their desired level of impact in their work and life through bespoke administrative, operational, project-based, and strategic assistance.

I bring an exceptional blend of skills and a background in business, branding, marketing, project management, and human-centered design to this work. I have over 15 years of experience across different disciplines as well as a special interest in organizational development and change management.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Design + Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Management of Innovation from Goldsmiths, University of London. Fascinated by organizational behavior and the future of work, my research focused on the influence of organizational flexibility and psychological flexibility on individual innovation in the workplace.

After completing my Masters, I was sponsored by Goldsmiths, University of London to establish an innovative business under the United Kingdom Graduate Entrepreneur scheme. Through this unique opportunity, I developed a social enterprise aimed at disrupting the way people do business, which I ran successfully for 9 years. 

Outside of work, I enjoy preparing nourishing meals using seasonal, locally-sourced or “ugly” produce; engaging in Pilates and MELT Method classes; practicing mindfulness and minimalism; treating people, places, and things with care + kindness; and using my power of influence for social good.
